Triggering an Archive Policy |

Before you begin this task:
You must have the process administrator role in Process Platform Business Process Engine application package to trigger an archive policy.
After you define an archive policy, you can trigger it immediately or at a later period. For a scheduled archive policy, the archiving will occur as per the scheduled archiving settings. However, for manual archive policies you have to manually trigger the policy.
- In My Applications palette in CUSP, double-click
(Process Archival Manager). The Archive Policies and Archive Log View grids appear. - Right-click an archive policy in the Archive Policies table and select Run Now. The archive policy is executed. The archive file that is generated appears in the Archive Log View table.
- Download the archive policy by clicking the archive file that appears in the Archive Log View table.
